Edited: I decided to come back to Riddles as my husband needed his finger sized and his work schedule didn't work for the other jewelry stores hours in town. As he was getting his finger sized I mentioned what happened to my ring before and Adeah was quick to offer to fix it at no cost. (She is not the employee I dealt with in my original review) So we left both our rings with her and they resized them, soldered and reapplied the antique to mine. Not only did they cover the cost of the antique but Adeah also paid for the resizing of my ring as well! She gets 5 stars from me. I put the review up to 4 stars though just because I can't discount the previous experience. Adeah specifically was wonderful to work with and went exceptionally above and beyond and she has earned our business back. Thank you again Adeah!

Original review: I brought my ring in to get a quote on resizing and soldering. I had them clean my ring(s) while i was there too and the lady who cleaned it brought it out to me with almost all the antique taken off the wedding band. She knew what had happened while in their care and brought it to my attention and rather then offering to add the very inexpensive fix to add the antique back she just added the cost of fixing their mistake to my quote. Riddle's Jewelry in Casper, WY is the ONLY quality jeweler in town, in my humble opinion. I recently brought them a vintage ring that was been sized too many times in the past that finally broke, to be repaired. They had it repaired in less than 48 hours, and the final price was less than what they originally quoted. Excellent pricing and quality craftsmanship. You would never know it had been repaired by looking at it! My partner previously brought in a watch for a battery replacement, and upon our return to pick up my ring, he brought them 9 more watches to have the battery replaced. They gave him an excellent bill replacement deal and had those done in less than 48 hours as well!

My boyfriend and I have had so many problems with the employees. They have given us so much attitude whenever my ring needed a repair and when I simply asked if I can get it sized down (which they refused and argued with me). Actually just today, my boyfriend went to get my ring (the diamond fell out and this was the second time), the lady gave him a dirty look, and attitude and said "hmph its actually done". She said it would be done last Sunday and we went in that Sunday and she gave us attitude again and told us next Sunday. Also she said she'll call but we never got the call. Honestly this is the worst service I've recieved and I'm considering going somewhere else. I dont wanna sound like a "Karen" but they have always given us attitude and four employees at once...
