I would venture to call this the best breakfast in Castle Rock. I love eggs benedict. It's probably my favorite breakfast. I also like mine made a little differently and some places either balk at my request or just do a terrible job when I try to modify my order. However B&B Cafe was so accommodating and the chef did such a lovely job. I got my benedict with bacon instead of ham and a side of avocado. Perfection. Chef's kiss. We also tried one of the specials to share which was a strawberry waffle with marscapone and strawberry compote and it was to die for. Honestly maybe the best waffle I've ever had I mean that's hard to say but wow the mascarpone was a perfect addition. It made me realize it's actually a superior cheese compared to cream cheese in sweet things. I only ever kind of liked cannolis I mean they're alright. But this is a stellar representation of what the cheese is capable of doing in a meal. It's funny because when I was looking at the restaurant I saw a lot of waffle pictures and I wasn't really feeling like something sweet so I was hesitant to come here however I shouldn't have worried because their Savory dishes were on point as well and the waffles really are just out of this world. I mean honestly I could go for one of those strawberry waffles right now haha. I also liked the sense of history because they have pictures of Castle Rock many years ago and it made us start to reminisce and wonder about the history that we do not know about this lovely town. The only two things worth complaining about were we did get old coffee that was very bitter but they happily made us a new pot. I guess take a sip of your coffee before you get ready to enjoy it it might be an old pot. And the eggs were overcooked. However I think if I had complained they would have made us a new meal but my dad was in the hospital so we didn't really have time to wait. But when you cut into your eggs benedict you really want that yolk to start dribbling down and they were on the verge of being hard boiled unfortunately. But my server was incredible he was so attentive and I feel like I had a lot of extra little requests. I will definitely be back. I do like the atmosphere at Miyo a little bit more but the food is much better at B&B at least the eggs benedict it was almost a five-star experience maybe next time I will get that perfect runny yolk and fresh...
Read moreThis place was recommended so for mothers day we drove out from Brush Colorado 2 hour drive when I went in to tell them how many would be at our table. I was not asked I was yelled at to get out of the way of the door, your reservation Desk is right at the door. I was talking to the gentleman and I was out of the way. I was trying to talk to the gentleman asking him if all the seating he had was booths because we had 7 people, he said no we would be seated at a table. Being felt rushed I totally forgot to mention the baby. When we got seated there was a waitress in a burgundy shirt, brown Hair in a pigtail very rude the whole time. I was talking to my son-in-law saying that the booth was very close all of a sudden she comes up shoves the table makes it Crooked up against my grandson and my son in law Rudely saying the table does move. Then She asks what we would like to drink we said coffee I am sitting there and to me the cups look empty. I said could I get some coffee she says there's coffee in the cups. The cup is not even half full. I looked at her and said this isn't even a full cup she says well there's free refills I said I realized that but this cup is not full And I don't want to be asking you every minute to fill my cup up. She finally puts some more coffee in my cup. Now not to the business fault we didn't realize there was another person .The woman rudely said this is not gonna work. You need to get out of your chairs we have to set you another table. She's telling us to hurry but we had gifts with us. My grandson told her we need to grab our stuff. We were treated so rudely by this woman. I did not drive 2 hours for this and my granddaughter drove an hour and my daughter drove an hour to specifically eat at this restaurant that was highly recommended. What a horrible experience we left went over to ihop and were...

There is a waitlist online that wasn't activated yet because it's not busy enough to warrant it. By the time we got there physically, there was a 20 minute wait, which was not bad at all considering how busy this favorite local breakfast restaurant always is. When we were seated and orders made, there was another 15 minutes wait for food to arrive. It's a VERY BUSY restaurant. If you don't mind sitting at the bar or on the sidewalk, service will be faster.
The ambience was very nice if you like to be immersed in the hustle and bustle and chatter around you. We enjoyed it. Staff were polite and very busy. When we needed butter and another look at the menu, the service was promptly delivered.
Food was average good. I like that I didn't have to cook this morning so B&B Cafe is a good alternative. I wish the food was warmer but I imagine that's hard for such a busy restaurant.
We ordered "Wrap it Up" - burrito, "Colorado" omelet and a kid's meal, "Noah's Ark". You can see from the photos, food presentation is poor to average but taste was good. I enjoyed my burrito with the green chile but couldn't eat the side of beans. Even my husband usually love beans didn't enjoy them when I "shared". He enjoyed his order of Colorado Omelet. My child really enjoyed his Noah's Ark breakfast. We paid extra to substitute toast with French Toast and it was a very yummy switch up. Their expresso machine was out so we had our coffee at the nearby Briccy's Coffee instead.
Overall, we had a good experience today since we were in no hurry to...
