Pretty bummed about our experience with this location and getting chicks. We went and bought 6 chicks from them. This is our first time getting chicks so I’m not experienced, but there was one that seemed like it wasn’t doing well. My mom and I brought it up to the girl who gave us the chicks and a couple people at the desk and they seemed bothered by our concerns and told us “it’s just relaxing”. The poor chicks eyes wouldn’t open and it was resting its head on the ground. Needless to say it died that night. When we went back to get a couple more chicks, one we got had an interesting looking beak. Again since I don’t know much about chicks, I brought it up to the girl handing out chicks and she said it was normal. Well now our chick has a severe cross beak. The employees at this store go above and beyond to be helpful! Recently I used 1 of your frequent buyer promos & we didn't realize we needed all of the receipts printed out to send it with the promo card. Rachelle & a lot of the team mates hopped right on it & it took a couple of weeks, but finding 12 receipts from purchases of dog food isn't very easy. I saw in another post where someone was upset about Rachelle being on her phone, my bet is she was helping me with my problem as she took a picture of all the dates on the PROMO card . Best Gunstore in the area.

You may not know this but there is a gunshop in the back of the store. This could be the best kept secret of Murdochs.

Dale and John were super helpful in answering all my questions and helped me pick out my new ccw pistol.

There’s no attitude or pretense from the staff in this gunstore and they make you feel very welcome.

I’ve shopped in at least 10 gun stores from the springs to Denver and none can beat Murdochs when it comes to customer service.

The prices at Murdochs are excellent. I looked for the same item I purchased at Murdochs at another gunstore in castle rock and it was almost $200 more in the competitors store.
