Mediocre at best. My husband had flowers ordered from here and delivered as a surprise for me. Instead of what he ordered I was sent white roses spray painted blue. Instead of calling the company for a proper description as to what the bouquet should look like the florist told me (after she told me to bring them back so she could try and fix it) that she didn't want to call and be put on hold. She told me she didn't have the flowers to make the bouquet that was ordered for me. She then proceeded to put yellow roses into the bouquet and called said it was better then what was originally ordered for me. Absolutely not true. It was ugly. Roses do not mean a beautiful arrangement. Others may have had a good experience with this place. But we did not. Doesn't seem like they need our business so we won't be returning to this place. Update: my husband called to complain to the company he ordered from and they said they were sending another bouquet the following Monday for any inconvenience. The flowers were never delivered only to find out that the florist REFUSED to deliver a new bouquet. AWFUL costumer service. If you can't provide a proper flowral service do not call...

I saw a nice arrangement in the cooler asked if I could have a fresh one made up... the florist said she didn't have the flowers in.. but she would have them the next day... asked If I could come back the next afternoon for pick up.. I said sure ... I arrived the next afternoon. . The space where the arrangement was the previous day was empty.. she brought out the arrangement that was supposed to be fresh.. but it was the same arrangement that I had seen in the cooler the previous day. .. the cuts on the flowers were brown... I asked her if the arrangement was fresh... she stated that they were... fresh cuts are not brown.. ahe told me that she would only do a credit and not a refund.. I told her that it wasn't a fresh arrangement and asked if she could do up a fresh arrangement. .. she informed me that she didn't have the flowers to do a fresh arrangement. .when I asked her about the delivery she was to have received. . She told me she would refund my money.. but I was to never again patronize her store.. I didn't have a problem...

I had a 53$ basket of food sent to my parents that was extremely dated so my parents brought it back. Melissa (acting owner) said would refund. That was a month ago. I gave it 3 weeks and sent an email - no reply. Called and talked to a temporary employee - said would get a call back, never did. Talk to Melissa last week - said would call back that day, never did. As of this post not resolved. Now, I am sympathetic to their issues - but at least follow through on what you say...regardless of the 53$ refund. Stay away from this...
