The food and service was great! The only issue is that Kayla Kayy and her family cussing out the employees and threatening to fight them! The "sweet elder mother" got angry at the employee for not changing their gloves even though it was all sanitary!! The employee was trying to explain that what they were doing was normal, and the lady just kept arguing with her. The employee never left her station and never handled money. The computer monotor she was bumping her orders off was sanitized. She only handled her station which was making sandwiches. I've worked in the food industry for years and this place was more sanitary than anywhere else! And then the lady came into the dining room ranting about the gloves, I was there with my kid and it was disgusting. Most restaurants don't even have wear gloves! And then, the elderly woman's daughters came there and threatened to fight the employees and was cussing them out. And the daughters had a 4-5yr girl with them!! They should've kicked them out sooner! I'm not happy with my kid being exposed to that behavior. Great food, great service,...

Ordered through Uber Eats, which was a mistake to start with! I was supposed to get free delivery, but they put it as a service fee instead! The food at this place was absolutely hideous! I’ve never heard of making a strawberry shake using cottage cheese! The chicken sandwiches were dry as dry could be, and they did not put anything on them other than lettuce and some ranch dressing when I requested the full layout! The Philly cheesesteak sandwich I spit out as soon as the flavor of the meat hit my tongue! I could not believe how bad it was! They put some ultimate fries on my order that I had deleted it and taken off and they also were horrible! I was overcharged, and none of my discounts were ever applied!Believe me, it is a waste of your money to go to this place! Your manger that worked on 3/10/2023 at around 4pm was EXTREMELY rude to a customer the frequents establishment. He was sitting on freezers and equipment in the kitchen area (very unsanitary). When asked his name he refused and refused to provide a corporate number. ALEXA yelled at a elderly lady because she asked her to change her gloves the sames gloves she handled money with and wiped her nose (nasty). ALEXA refused and advised the lady she can come make the sandwich herself if she didn't like the way she was doing it.

Your business is declining! Your staff is horrible very unprofessional, rude and hygiene is not up to part! No hairnets hair in food read your reviews! I will continue to let everyone know about this experience until something is done! Business owner I know you value your business...
