I’ve honestly never been more disappointed about tuxes, and my suit being built than I have the last month. I had to be resized for my tux multiple times, along with a lot of my wedding party for it to still not fit. Fast forward two weeks I had to purchase a suit for another wedding. I went in 5 times to get things altered. Still to end up with a hole in my butt and having to deal with it because alterations that took 5 times to complete weren’t done to completion until 12 hours before the day of the wedding.
They had people in my wedding party with pants and shirts way too big for them, told them to put on a belt, or to tuck the shirt in a certain way. When I put on my pants that I told them we’re going to be too big they told me to put on a belt as well. That’s not the point of a fitted suit or tux. This is probably my 5th wedding that I’ve ordered through them but this last time was horrific and they didn’t want to work to fix things just do things to try and bypass the problem. Spent way too much money to not have either fit perfect. Not to mention the charges after the fact of alterations,
Update: What an absolute disgrace and unprofessional experience this place was today. I came to get my pants sewn together that had come apart even before the wedding I was in. Didn’t come to argue didn’t come to complain. Just wanted my pants put together correctly. Gentleman that was helping me, older gentleman wears a suit coat often, Only got to work with him once before, and he and Bobby were great help compared to the other two I dealt with there. Another worker, started coming at me about the review I made without even making a comment about it. Blamed me and our wedding parties for our issues we had through two weddings. Again I had not come to say a word, just get my pants that were messed up from the get go fixed. We shared a lot of words not one time did he truly apologize for any inconvenience just blamed it everything on the two wedding parties. Disgraceful. Disgusting. Unprofessional. I will tell everyone, anywhere but there,...
Read moreI wish I could write a review without a star, they are terrible and very unproffesional! We had our wedding and we were told for all the men it would be $190 to buy suits and $170 to rent so of course we decided to have everyone buy. This was 12 people we were getting suits for than we had to add tailoring which we were told would be $220-$230 (fine, no big deal) however one of my groomsmen had to pay $270 and they tried charging another person $388 for reconstruction of a jacket and new pants even though they were told the specific pants that came with the suit would not work. We also had to give them information multiple times for a groomsmen that lived in a different state and they messed it up every time, this particular groomsmenlived an hour away from the nearest tailor inhis town and had to make two trips because of their mistake. I had enough toward the end and complained about all the mistakes and the manager starts to tell me that it was miscimmunicstion on our end and how he has never had someone do suits so close to their wedding ( we were there 3 months in advance) and were never told it was cutting it close. I understand mistakes but you do not tell a customer a few days before their wedding how it is their fault and start blaming them for more things on top it. It was just a terrible experience and very very unprofessional! Save yourself the trouble, pay extra and go to...
Read moreI went in today to get measured for a suit for my wedding. The guy was extremely rude right off the bat and I looked at my Fiancé trying to abort the mission. He asked us what we were looking for and when we stated we wanted tweed, with a snarky tone to his voice said "it isn't the season for tweed, when are you getting married" (in October) he then followed that with "do you want pants or a coat? You CANT wear an all tweed suit" First of all, I can. Second of all, I will, just not from this business. He then took me over to a rack and had me try on two jackets and a pair of pants and said "there's your sizes" let me know if you have any other questions. Men's wearhouse was much more helpful, they actually measured me, they pulled their tweed swatches let us search their catalog, had me try on different styles and didn't just say I need a "classic fit" which looked like I was swimming in. They also said choosing all tweed suite was an awesome choice, since it's making a comeback. I do not recommend...
