Target — Local services in Cedar Rapids

Went to this Target on June 7th 2017 I have physical disabilities but when you go in you can not find a scooter and the shoppoing carts are to high to lean on but needed some clothes the selection really sucked so did the sizes. Since it was to hard for me to walk around the store decided to not get anything and leave. Decided to go to the customer service and ask why they did not have any scooters and gee they are hidden behind a wall where you can not see them really nice. When I asked the woman at the customer service why there is no sign or anything letting people with disabilities know where they are she said " well there are plug ins there " I said but you can't let people know where they are she said " have a nice night" I will have a nice night once the pain pills kick in thanks Target. So even Walmart is better then that they are right at the door in the open and even Walmart had more of a clothing selection. So I guess since Target does not care about people with disabilities I will spend my money at stores that do care and does not think it is funny to give people with disabilities...

This Target store goes as far as exposing your privacy, while trying on clothes, I was in the fitting room, an it does lock from the inside. I had the door closed shut all that time, until a couple of female employees came back there causing the door to slam backwards and then manage to cause the door to the room I was currently in to fly open, an it did not take all of that.

When I approached them about it the situation, they just stood there and looked at me and had no remorse for what they've done.

They have poor job ethics at this store, they don't know what greetings their customers are, and nothing else. but that's not the major issue here. But this situation was totally out of line. Now I'm letting people know, who care about their private business, do not come here and try on any clothes, because they will violate your privacy and do not care.

I'VE BEEN HIGHLY DISRESPECTED BY A SORRY POOR EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS CALLED TARGET!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP HERE!!!!!!

The local Target store is well-cared for, clean, organized, and so is the parking lot. That makes a huge difference to me in shopping. The check-out aisles are spacious enough to bring your cart in and start unloading it, then pass the cart on to the end for bagging, without having to exit the check-out aisle to get the cart to the other end! Why would I want to fight with the space I'm supposed to use to pay for my items? I just realized tonight this is another feature of the store that sets it apart from other competition. And I never have to worry about a scale in the self check-out telling me I didn't put the item scanned into the bag. Walmart kills me on this and I quit going! The item went in the bag!! But if it's too light to weigh, Walmart stops you in your check-out process and requires an associate to push you through to the next scan.
