Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

The baristas at this Target location are always super approachable and make a great latte! Today I was picking up a Target drive-up order and added on a latte and muffin from Starbucks. They were out of the seasonal muffin I was looking forward to (I was bummed but hey, it happens!). When I was pulling into my drive-up parking spot, I saw the automatic message through the Target app saying I was refunded and "whoops sorry, your item is out of stock and you'll need to come inside to reorder something." Instead of just leaving it at that, the Starbucks employee(s) sent the drive-up order runner (super friendly guy too!) out with a very sweet hand written message apologizing and an above and beyond gesture I did not expect whatsoever. It was so thoughtful and unexpected but oh so appreciated...

The girl name Alex with blonde hair was so rude. I ordered 2 frappe and the cashier only charged me one..so I went up and ordered another one and said I wanted the chocolate frappe. She didn't listen carefully and ended up making the caramel frappe. I said no, I said chocolate, there are 2 people can hear that I said chocolate. She then throw a fit of putting the frappe away very loudly and continue to make another one for me and gave it to me the right drink. It's not my fault that you don't listen to my order. She definitely showing me clear attitude, my 9 years old niece even said that she had attitude. I never experienced anything like this before from this Starbucks, but Alex was visibly rude to me with her attitude...

live near here and go to this Starbucks almost weekly. Today was the worst experience I've had in years. I didn't even want my drink and just walked out. It was obvious the waiter was new and had no idea what they were doing. I explained my drink three times. When I questioned the price, saying it was different than what I usually pay, another waiter came over to explain, and the new waiter turned around with a sneer and a pimple-filled expression on her face. I've lived here for five years and have never been treated that way. It was terrible, and I will continue to complain to Target and Starbucks management.
