Love the clothes here, but the women who work in the store are aggressive. They follow you around, asking repeatedly if you need help. They hang out by the dressing rooms to put in their 2 cents - always - even when you clearly don't want it. There are too many people working, and they seem bored. You feel like you're under a microscope. My mom and sister came to visit and love the Cato's in Sioux Falls. Unfortunately, they had a terrible experience with the pushy, nosy staff at this one in CR. We even made it clear that we just wanted to shop on our own, but they still hovered. It's too bad for them, because my mom and sister usually spent hundreds of dollars at the shop in SF. But after about 45 minutes, they looked at me and said, "can't take it anymore, let's go." I never know what I'm gonna find her when it comes to clothes but I know that I will always find helpful service. Good size changing rooms but they only have 3 which are many times full. Nice bathroom. I check in at least once or twice a month to check on what's new. I can order online and ship to the store for free. The tees can be a bit thin but the other tops live forever through many washings. The So Soft stretch pants are the most comfortable I've ever worn, however they need TALLs, I'm 6 foot and I can only wear the capris because the pants look like long capris on me. I purchased an outfit form this store in February the people at the store in February were very nice and helpful and helping me find what I need. The outfit got hung on a hanger the plastic got put over it and receipt went in my purse. Fast forward to July my wedding outfit no longer works out because the bride had changed her colors. So I called the store to see if I could return for sale value or just store credit as all I really want is another outfit. I was told I could get nothing not even store credit as the dress would be worth nothing to her. I will no longer do business...
