I've finally had it with this place. I've been coming here for a handful of months with a couple of my friends for their local tournaments and each time we go, we get more and more frustrated with this place. Their tournaments are VERY poorly run, not enough seating or room to play. The time clock is very small and it's not visible to most players (it's in another room). There's no judges or anybody who knows rulings. Rulings are based on who wants to complain more or who has more friends willing to argue for them. And don't you dare try and talk with the person running the store about prize packs or anything tournament related. The workers just want to get out of there as soon as possible and want as little to do with everything as possible, while simultaneously taking any opportunity to assert their "dominance" over everyone because he's "in charge" Their singles and sealed products are ridiculously overpriced along with their merchandise, everything's marked up a ton compared to TCGPlayer or any other store. Selling cards isn't worth it here either. They take forever to look up the lowest imaginable price online (whether damaged or pristine, condition doesn't matter to them) then cut the price by half for...

I go to Al C’s RELIGIOUSLY. I’m literally at a loss for words…. I walk in with a couple few thousand Sports cards sayin I’d like to sell/trade these for Pokémon or store credit… A guy comes out and literally skims maybe 20 cards and offers me $5… Didn’t really need uhm and didn’t really care… I then decide to show him some Pokémon Cards to see what they could do. I’m DISGUSTED!! At first, the man couldn’t even tell what card I had. I brought him a Shadowless Base Set Mewtwo in which he OFFERS ME $2! I said really a shadowless Mewtwo for $2. He responds with’ “oh I didn’t know know it was shadowless.” Few minutes later offers me $8. Definitely getting silly frustrated I decide to bring out a big gun card and asked what he’d offer. Mind you I handed him literally an almost perfect 1st Edition Holo Swirl Neo Genesis Typhlosion #17…. He takes all of but 3 minutes to offer me another $8 but quickly retracts and states it’s a 1st edition… which changes things, as he put it. Then proceeds to offer me $17 afterwards… 🤯🤯🤯 CLEARLY they do not know what they are looking at and really makes me wonder about the other folks who have gotten hellaciously ripped off...

Just a chair just a terrible experience with “Chris“ at the helm. The shop is going to be driven into the ground quicker than you can read this entire review.

Someone that is pompous uncharismatic and attempting to take advantage of every single person that walks through his doors. We have Chris, a man that enjoys to talk about the customer. She has well he lost one for life today after spending roughly $1500 a month inside the shop over the past six months minimum I was offered seven dollars for three slabs today not even upset about that offer. I would never give that to them as they will charge you $20 apiece for the slab and it’s not worth $20 their cheats or seats. I will never buy a single card from that shop again and God speak to others pathetic individual to sit around and play card games all day longat least Chris has given you a place to do this most normal business man will require you to buy something well we won’t get into that and definitely not my goal to insult...
