I'm renting a few things and for the most part there's been no issues. My dryer had a small dent upon set-up, but as long as it wasn't affecting the function of the dryer, I wasn't concerned and didn't want to make anyone's job harder. My bed wasn't quite put together correctly bc it was the end of the day, the guys wanted to get home...so we deal with a loud squeaky bed bc all the screws weren't fully screwed in. Again, it doesn't affect the function of the bed so, it's no big deal. I hate being that customer. Anyway, this fall most of what I have will be paid off.. paid my bill on time, every time. The TV im renting, out of nowhere gets a couple lines through it. Friday, June 20th, 2 Aaron's employees came and checked for any physical damage to the TV. They said there was none and I should have no problem getting a new one, or a loaner while this one is fixed. They believed it was the LED lights that needed tended to. Today I speak to an employee who claims there is physical damage in the left corner of the TV. He claims it's internal damage, like someone squeezed the screen too hard. Yet anything I look up, claims straight lines through a flat screen is not from physical damage, but internal hardware issues. The line is down the middle of the TV by the way, at least the main, biggest line. Needless to say, I was disappointed to hear this. I wouldn't recommend renting a TV from these guys...if something goes wrong, it seems they can just claim physical damage whether there really is or not. And you're stuck paying for a TV with a big white line...
Read moreAround 4pm one day I came home from work and a employee driving one of their vans was parked in a residents parking lot that only has 10 spots in it and he was taking up 2 spaces .....so I yelled out my window for him to move into one space!! He yelled at me saying if I hadn't got smart with him he would have moved. So I had to park away from my apartment and he moved after I asked him too only to make it look like he was in 1 space to take a picture and show his boss. Read moreI ordered new appliances… after they set it up i did a visual inspection and noticed they scratched my brand new appliance all up in 4 different places and kept it on a hush by not telling me. After calling to report the damage they admitted that the guys must have been rushing and they can offer me 10 % discount off my bill each month if I keep the damage appliance. No thank you I would like you to order me a new one and deliver...
