Wasn't impressed. They didn't have half of what I came in for. I bought a bag of nice looking brussel sprouts but when washing them noticed some little black spots. I pulled back some of the leaves to find tunneling and worms throughout them. Shopping carts cost a quarter which gets refunded when you return them. I didn't realize they don't bag your items and wasn't asked if I wanted bags despite having many items. Checkout was VERY quick. By the time I had items on belt and went to pay, I realized the cashier threw everything in my cart....unbagged. Bought paper bags at checkout, bagged my own items at my car, (in the hot sun after traveling 7 hrs), then had to drive to Kroger across the street to get what Aldi's didn't have. Pain in the butt. Shopping here guarantees that you will get great deals on your groceries and select non to die items that change every week is kind of exciting the deal that you can find. Aldi's is run a lot light Trader Joe's after all the owners are brothers. At all do you have to rent your grocery card before a quarter which is returned to you when you put it back in the chorale. You also have to bring your own bags or buy them at Aldi for $0.10 no I have found interesting and different foods from Belgium and Europe that are fun to try the only sad thing is sometimes and you never see them again. Read moreI recently visited Aldi on Buford and had a very disappointing experience with one of the cashiers, Jesse. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I approached the checkout, he seemed annoyed and disinterested. He didn’t greet me, made no eye contact, and was visibly impatient.
When I asked a simple question about a product, Jesse responded in a condescending tone and acted like I was wasting his time. He also handled my items roughly, which made me feel quite disrespected. His behavior was completely unacceptable and made my shopping experience very unpleasant.
I hope Aldi takes this feedback seriously and addresses Jesse’s attitude towards customers. Customer service should always be a priority, and this encounter was...
