DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MORNINGSTAR STORAGE IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS. My partner rented from this place for around a year and last week he had $14,000 in music equipment stolen from his unit. The lock was drilled out and several carloads were stolen, including a couch requiring multiple people to lift. My partner found out when he came back to his unit and the instantly lock fell out. His unit was right in front of a security camera and required two passcodes to enter the facility. We have been unable to contact the property manager. After we reported the issue, his unit got broken into again! Clearly, the unit is not secure as the website claims. Also, he's had issues with leaks and had been stuck in an elevator. The police did recover one item from a pawn shop, but have not turned over the identity of the culprit(s) based on the pawn shop record or the security footage. They also have not released the name of the pawn shop where the item was found. Please do not rent from here if you have unique values.
