I would like to apologize to the Mayor and city of Chandler. My whole life I have experienced nothing but trauma. Home teachers work environment I can’t recall too many times where I wasn’t getting beaten or mentally and emotionally abused. I needed help to keep me from being evicted. I was triggered from Diddy trial and Trump/Epstein. I was brutally raped at 16 and had two attempted kidnapping. The city of Chandler was there to keep me off the streets. I was not thinking in my right mind one night a week before my husband suicide anniversary so I went for a walk and Chandler police officer talked to me and he was very nice. He didn’t know that because he smiled at me and spoke with a gentle voice he saved me from doing the unthinkable. I grew up around corrupt politicians and police. I have been in Arizona 12 years and have visited many places in the valley. I strongly recommend living in Chandler. Waited for over an hour for a child's passport renewal just to be rejected because I did not have my child's birth certifficate. Documents stated old passport OR birth cert....If you have new rules you need to post them and correct your application document wording. I can read.
