My dad and I visited this establishment for a watch repair/service. My elderly father explained he traveled far since no one in his town in New Mexico was able to help him. I called in advance to get a rough quote which was very affordable in my opinion. After the quick service, the repair man said no charge due to the inconvenience my father experienced. Visited this shop to get batteries for my watches. This is a small mom and pop shop with such amazing customer service. Theresa was so sweet and greeted me the moment I stepped in. Her husband gave replaced the batteries in maybe 10 minutes. They also gave me the cards for their neighboring businesses in the plaza which was incredibly thoughtful.
