Louisiana Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Chandler

I love the chicken, the whole fried chicken wings, not the Wingdings. The customer service here is dry the one lady who’s always there. She has an attitude problem And I feel like they’re racist. I’m not gonna go to this location no more they have opened another one up in Arizona. I’m gonna try that one.. The red beans and rice was watery. The rice was watery underneath. It was a mess.. The dirty rice has no taste. I’m just gonna stick with ordering the chicken and a roll next time. Dislike my third time coming and it’s always the same service. I brought my mom and Aunt here when they were visiting and they got fish. We sat in and ate and she thought we were leaving. We got it to go, but we sat there and ate and they shorted us on fish on two pieces. So I took it back up there. I’m like we didn’t get all the fish and the Lady with a bad attitude was looking stupid like she didn’t know what was happening. I felt like they did it on purpose.. This is not like the Louisiana chicken in LA which is way better I ordered the Shrimp fried rice here they had a whole can of mixed vegetables in it like who put a whole bunch of corn and shrimp fried rice. I really wanted to like this place, but my experience made it very clear that not all customers are treated equally here especially Black women who dare to walk in confidently and mind their own business.

From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome. One of the staff members seemed visibly uncomfortable or irritated just by my presence no words exchanged, just energy. I wish that was the worst part.

When I got home and opened my food, I discovered I’d been given rotten chicken. Not “strong seasoning” or “their style of chicken” as they later claimed . I mean visibly, offensively spoiled. Calling from my regular (out-of-state) number? No answer. Calling from a local number? Suddenly someone’s available to pick up. Suspicious? Absolutely.

When I brought the food back, the woman behind the counter magically knew exactly how many bad pieces I was given before I even showed her which was honestly the most shocking part. So… was this intentional? A “mistake” they were already aware of? Either way, no real apology, no refund, just an offer to replace the food like I didn’t just drive back with biohazard wings.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this crossed a line. I’ll be taking my business and my money elsewhere. If you value basic respect and safe food, you might want to consider...

First time there today and honestly i was proven wrong and impressed. I was just so happen in the neighborhood and saw it. Now im not one who usually branches out to try new things but the outside and pics of food looked promising. I walked in and instantly judged.. Like wait a minute these folks dont know NOTHING about cooking no chicken especially Louisiana Fried Chicken. So i saw a brotha sitting down waiting for his food and i asked is it any good because i am hella picky. He smiled and said yeah its really good and even recommended the gumbo. He said thats pretty legit too. Surprised the heck out of me im like okay cool. The front counter ladies were very nice and helpful. Greeted me immediately to take my order. I ordered the fish nugget special, some bone in wings (Hot Honey and Plain) and Thai Iced Tea. Food was prompt and when i got home i have to say wow it was actually really really good. The fish nuggets were fried just right and seasoned to perfection. The wings were made in the sauce not just poured on top like some restaurants do.
