Screw Burger King. We have had such bad experiences in Burger Kings over the last 2 years. We hate Burger King's policy of giving you a baby cup when you order water with your food, we thought that we would give Burger King one more chance even though my husband said "Screw Burger King" on our last visit to a Burger King that we had reluctantly went in to but immediately canceled our order over the baby water cup policy. He is blind. He drinks a lot of water. The constant getting up to get water is beyond a nuisance. However, since only the Drive thru was open we decided to give Burger King one more chance & to just accept the small shot of water since we had bottles of water in the car. Afterall, we do enjoy a well-prepared Whopper. We went through the drive thru ordered 2 whoppers with cheese & 2 waters. Got to the window & the girl goes to hand me 2 tiny/flimsy water cups filled to the brim with no lid. I told her I wanted a lid. Well they don't have lids for those cups. She is only doing what she is told. My husband said to tell them to keep their sandwiches then but I told him no, we are keeping the sandwiches. We drove off with our sandwiches and she kept her waters. This water cup policy has caused us to stop going to Burger King for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner if we wanted to dine inside because they give out those baby water cups. One time we complained about the baby cups and asked for an adult size cup. The person at the counter said it had to be the baby cups but he could give us 10 cups. Now how much did that cost Burger King for 10 cups? Ridiculous! We have been told it is because of the homeless people that they give out these baby cups for water. We are not homeless but that is a discriminatory policy because if homeless people do spend what money they have at a Burger King and ask for water why should their money they spend be considered second class money? We are thankful we are not homeless but maybe Burger King needs to experience their business being homeless. Burger King will not get our money ever again. Too many places to spend our after-tax dollars. We are adults not babies. We are trying to stop drinking soft drinks. Water is the healthy alternative. We were already offended by the Burger King water policy but to hand me two flimsy baby cups filled to the brim with no lid out the drive thru window and expect me to drive away with it is just out right rude & outlandish regarding safety. It shows this company does not care about the customers. It shows they only care about nickel and diming their customers rather than serving their customers. They would rather lose a food order & customers than give out an adult size water cup. They would rather step on a dollar to save a couple of pennies. On top of all of that there is more to our dissatisfaction. We bit into our sandwiches only to find NO Cheese in either sandwich. I double checked the receipt they did charge for cheese but they didn't add the cheese. We drive back waited in the drive thru line again. We told them they can have their sandwiches & refund our money. That is the last time we go to any Burger King. Goodbye Burger King. Sniff our exhaust we are never...
Read moreWent thru the drive thru, ordered a whopper w chz, whpr Jr and two lrg fries, had to repeat my order several times before they got it right on the screen, at the window I look in the bag see two fries and the two burgers. I get home and realize they gave me two small fries, annoying but no big deal, I call the number on receipt twice but no one answers. Again no big deal, I figure I have a doctors appointment in the morning the following day I'll just swing by to get breakfast and a free large fry. I go inside and speak with a manager named carina. She politely ask for a receipt which I don't have but can show on my phone my bank transaction that I made a purchase she politely states that she can't do anything without a receipt. Starting to get annoyed and I don't try to hide it I explain that I am in a hurry for an apointment and that's its only fries and if she can't make it right she will loose me as a customer. At this point a Karen steps out of the lobby and ask if this is so important why didn't I come back the day before and why didn't I check my order at the window. I explaining that I shouldn't have to waste my gas and time so they could correct their mistake to which she responds well your here now to which say I because I'm out taking care of MY BUSINESS and I thought I would give this store the OPPORTUNITY to correct their mistake and keep MY BUSINESS, I turn around to find a different manager now standing behind the counter, an much older lady who ask me to repeat my order and states that she remembers that order and that she put large fries in my bag😶 by this time I've simply decided I have somwhere to be and don't have time to say all the things I want to say to this woman so instead I say have a nice day and walk out. Will be making a return trip after I go thru my trash later only to show that I am not a liar but, wow, it was...
Read moreSo I haven't eaten at a Burger King for over a year and decided after hearing about a supposed vegan bacon burger being offered at certain locations I would give Burger King a shot. I've had the Impossible Burger here numerous times. When I went in today I asked the manager who was running the drive-thru and the front register if they had the vegan bacon burger I had heard about, she said no. I said so you only have the Impossible Burger and she said yes. I said okay and I have a BOGO. She rang me up and within a few minutes I received my order at which time I checked the receipt and looked in the bag and something wasn't right. Just to verify, I asked her if these were Impossible Burgers and she proceeded to tell me no they were not that they were regular Whoppers. I said oh, that's strange because I'm pretty sure I asked you about the Impossible Burger and that's what I ordered. She said she thought I just meant the regular Whopper after telling me they didn't have the vegan bacon burger. Besides that little issue, everything else was fine. I just found it odd that somebody would ask about a vegan bacon burger but then get rung up for a regular burger. That's really my only issue. Again, I don't blame her for not assuming, but I would prefer to assume if someone asks for a vegan bacon burger, they're going to want a vegan burger regardless. They're not going to want a regular Whopper even if they aren't vegan. It's just my way of thinking nothing against her, nothing against the company. They replaced the two regular Whoppers with the Impossible Burger quickly. I did feel bad that the two Whoppers were not going to be sold but instead thrown away which is an unfortunate loss. But again I guess it was just a misunderstanding or miscommunication whatever you want to call it. No...
