I would not recommend anyone to live here, and here's why but first, let me recognize the management team(in the leasing office) that have been so innerstanding, and patient with us through these past 9 months of being a resident. However, on the other end of things, you have corporate coughing down our throats, pushing for filing eviction every chance they get when every time we had the money to pay rent. So if you are looking to get a place here do not be over a week late. They will waste no time trying to get you out of here. They have no conception of how people can get set back, and things in life can happen. Didn't care that we had two children and an addition newborn and had a sheriff coming to our door any chance they could. Even the sheriff said, and I quote "I don't know why they keep having me come back here, it's pointless." And indeed it was, because every time we had the money. Whoever is at the top/the head of the snake is an asshole. Yes, I said it. It's a shame you have to keep pushing for eviction when the money is slapped on the table each month. Never had to go to court not once. Let's also talk about how on the website it says balcony and patio, yet you get none of these things. You can hear your neighbors loud clear, it's like no one has a sense of privacy. You can hear everything the person above you is doing. You can hear the people outside the window clear as day as if the window is open. Speaking of that when we moved in the windows were not properly sealed, which resulted to it being extremely cold in our house. We escalated the matter, and we were told that the windows needed to be locked... Locking the window doesn't reseal it, it old prevents things, and people you don't want in, out. Paint splatters on the vinyl flooring as if someone rushed the paint job, paint on the stove, paint on the carpet causing a rough feeling in certain areas you walk on. Also, there's an ant problem that is due to the windows not being sealed correctly. Ants; I mean a whole trail of them, were pile up on the window, and trailing along the base board. We applied bleach to knock the scent off and stop them from coming in and it helped for now but what happens when spring rolls back around the corner and the bugs are back out? Another thing is, when they do hvac inspections, pest control screenings, etc. They will knock, but if you happen to not hear them they come right in. Sometimes on the notice they send out a day before the inspection they will state that they will come in. But unless you put it in that paperwork you cannot come into the home unless you explicitly state in the notice that you will enter if no one answers. The mother of my children was half dressed, and stated to the person on the other side of the door to "give me one sec" because she was putting the children in the room, and putting clothes on and they came right on in. Which I feel they should just go to the next house and come back, or give the resident a call to see if anyone is home, and if no answer text them or email them stating "hey, we have to get into the house so we'll be entering to do an inspection just wanted to give you a heads up." But at least show that you look extra measures to ensure you're not just walking in on people. There are many other reasons I would not recommend this place, and for anyone wondering why just contact me through here and I'll give you the whole spew. My family and I will definitely be leaving this place as soon and the lease contract ends, it is not worth the money they are asking. There are houses out here for the same price with three floors, a garage, and a back yard for the children, yet we are pricing apartments at 2000 plus. It's tiny, and too tiny for those prices to be living in a space equivalent to the hole of a cheerio. If you are looking for a place, DO NOT COME HERE especially if you want SPACE. If this is your type of giddy-up... knock yourself out. Definitely hasn't been my cup of tea for the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOur move-in day was wonderful!
Paige, at the office, was tremendously helpful for the last couple months leading up to our move-in day. She was very responsive, kind, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and informative, and she and the rest of her team were very accommodating throughout the process with our many questions and requests. Paige, in particular, helped us get all setup at the office first thing in the morning with everything we needed for our first day and walked through our new home with us, which was surprisingly fresh smelling and clean, and looked like a newly built home! We could tell the apartment complex has been very well maintained just driving in.
We are very grateful to have found Jefferson Crossing in the area and couldnāt be more pleased or feel more blessed with our...
