Harbor Freight — Local services in Charles Town

I read before where the managers would not honor coupons or the paid yearly membership inside track club at this store. I never thought it would happen to me that I would run into a situation where my membership would not be honored but tonight it DID happen. I paid in full for a year Inside Track Club membership at the Charles town every store on May 31st. The store clerk was the one on May 31st who input my information and took my money for the inside track club. Well tonight I went to this store. Gave them my name to get the cheap gifts only to be told they didn’t have my inside track club information in their system. Since I didn’t not have my phone with the info on it I was told are you sure you didn’t pay for the membership online. Really??? I bought it from THIS store and gave THIS store all my information and they took my credit card.

And I went to this same store in June on their inside track members only blue tag sake and bought over $250.00 worth of merchandise.

When I got home tonight I checked my harbor freight account and right there was my paid membership for a year. Get your stuff together Harbor Freight Charles Town. Made me feel like a liar and a cheap person tonight. Shane on you. Glad I was in a good mood and only bought 20 worth of...

This Harbor Freight location is hands-down the best I’ve ever been to. The store is packed—wall-to-wall tools and gear, with a huge selection to choose from. If you’re looking for it, chances are they’ve got it.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. Seriously the most helpful team I’ve encountered in any store. They knew their stuff, were eager to assist, and made the whole shopping experience way smoother than I expected.

Plenty of parking, easy access, and lots of room to load up even the big, bulky items. Even though I have a Harbor Freight closer to home, I’ll gladly drive the extra 10 minutes to come to this...
