Starbucks — Restaurant in Charles Town

If you purchase a Frappuccino taste it before leaving the store. I started coming to the martins Starbucks because the Charles town Starbucks always screws up your drinks, they forget key ingredients like the sweetener. I got a Frappuccino today from martins get home, taste the drink and it’s disgusting. No sweetener. I’m sorry when you pay 7.00 for a drink this shouldn’t happen. This is just the final straw with me and Starbucks. Im going to use all points and be done with Starbucks for good. I was buying Starbucks every day for my coworker and I. friendly, but always short staff and have to wait 15-20 mins than the coffee taste off. when there not short staff, its fabulous. If you only see two people behind the counter and its morning time and there is a few people waiting for coffee don't waste your time. I don't blame the staff it's not their fault, there working hard, and I feel bad for them. They need to hire more people or have back up plans when they are short.
