So I came through and they didn't have what I wanted and then they trapped me behind the person who was ordering in front of me and felt that somehow it was an insult to that person to ask them to pull forward. So I couldn't get what I wanted, I was trapped for 8 minutes, and I was mocked by the people working in the drive-thru. It was a disgusting experience and I will never be back. The manager ought to train those workers because their lack of care for the next customer in line was unbelievable. Many restaurants have people pull through so other people aren't stuck in the drive-thru. Why this restaurant doesn't know how to do that and why they insult a customers who ask for that courtesy is completely beyond me. Those teenagers were absolutely disgusting in their treatment of me. Their parents should be ashamed of themselves. Their managers should be ashamed of those employees.
A freaking apology that I was stuck there might have been nice. But no just disrespect and mockery because clearly the person waiting to buy the item was more important than the customer that they couldn't serve and kept trapped in the line. I don't mind waiting if you have the item for me. If you don't have the item that you advertise and then you keep me trapped in a line for 8 minutes and mock me when I asked to go forward, you don't know how to run a business and you shouldn't be in business, even if you are...
Read moreNothing short of a bad experience. This is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been too and its not close. The part that is frustrating is it was completely avoidable. Came through right after the lunchtime rush and it took over 20 minutes to get through a line with 4-5 cars ahead of me. Their speaker must not have been working, so they had workers taking orders outside. The traffic was spilling into the side road because they were doing this so close to the drive through entrance. The issue was after they took our order, they told us to wait before pulling up, which in my opinion makes absolutely no sense. Why wouldn't you get everyone through to not hold up the line? It creates a delay and isn't efficient. I also hate that as a company, when you order online, they don't start making your food until you tell them your name at drive through. That part is widely frustrating and I don't understand it, either. Dated exterior, I can only assume this location is headed...
Read moreNever had a bad experience at Taco Bell. Didn't even have a bad experience today. It was more of an inconvenient one.... I ordered food. I asked for water. They said they would have to charge me $0.80 for water. Then I heard the manager say something in the background and the girl goes. I was just told that we ran out of water. I said how do you run out of water? It comes out of the tap and she goes no. You have to buy the bottles. I said you just told me I could buy water for $0.80. I just ate there a couple days ago and got the same exact thing... If you buy food the water should be free. I work at a restaurant and we give away free water all the time when it's asked for. I get if you'd rather sell a bottle of water because you're that desperate to sell water but don't lie about it. Nobody runs out of water. Everybody else in town has water and You don't have water. You're supposed to report it to the health department and shut your doors until your water is...
