It is federal law that a store must display a no refund prominently and the sign that they pointed me to when trying to return a full price outfit the very next day in original wrapping and bag supplied by the store was not only prominent but was a tiny barely legible sign half covered on the counter. This will hurt a business more than anything. I purchased several things there and was never told about a no refund policy and only tried to return two of the four pieces I bought because they weren’t the right fit for me. Not only have they lost a customer but I will surely tell everyone I come across because not only os it not common, it is illegal if not prominently displayed. Not to mention the staff was quite rude about it. They were not friendly and do not represent the wonderful city of Charleston they conduct business in. I would give no stars if I could. I love the aesthetic of this boutique and the ladies who work here are very friendly but their sizing only caters to skinny girls….I’m a size 8/10 in pants so I bought a medium pair of sweat-shorts and they were ridiculously small and tight on me. I have a size medium pair of sweat-shorts from PINK by Victoria’s Secret and they fit perfect on me. These shorts were very unflattering on my figure which I did not expect with shorts with an elastic waistband. Absolutely love this place. Whenever I have an event and looking for a unique piece this is the spot. Its boutique affordable, statement pieces and every day chic.
