After three and a half years of letting my watches batteries run out, I felt it was time to get them working again. I looked up watch repair, and Morrison Smith Jewelers was nearby, and also had the best reviews of the businesses listed.

As I walked in the door, I saw the smiling face of Rob Bireley greeting me, and he asked how he could help. I told him I had several watches that weren't working because they needed new batteries.

He said if I had a few minutes, he could get it taken care of. I said I had nothing but time. I pulled out my phone, thinking I would need to occupy myself, but Rob's friendly manner made me put my phone away.

We had a fun conversation, and I was genuinely enjoying his company. As we were in the middle of conversation, a couple of "the ladies" (working there) sauntered over. They know who I am talking about, and I can't tell you how nice and how much fun everyone working there is.

You could also tell they care about their customers. They're friendly, not at all pushy, and as someone who was in sales a long time, I could tell they are people you could trust.

The price was right, and the service was even better! I know where I will be going the next time I need my watch fixed. And I know where I will be going for my jewelry needs.
