Flew into Charlotte airport last night. My connecting flight was located at concourse B. It was late and most businesses were closed. I walked by the Farmer’s Market and they were soon to close. I walked by and a young lady of color was there. She told me”we are closing” and I said I just want something to drink. She said sorry we are closed. So I walked down to Starbucks hoping to get some coffee. They were closed. So I decided to go back to my gate and walked by the Farmer’s Market and she was allowing other people of color to purchase items to drink and eat. I was annoyed due to the fact I was just refused service because IMO I was not like them. Sad state of affairs. (They let me in the airport with it!) Lots of places to spend your money here I don't recommend this one. Customer service is very important.
