USDA FOOD GRADE AND L&i MUST VISIT YOU SCAMMERS STEALING AND CHARCHING PEOPLE FOR WHOLE MEAL WHEN STUFF MISSES INSIDE the food.I wish the owner of Bojangles see and read people reviews. Please explain who is a franchise owner of this place why you charge for burger full price when things are missing in burger? Please answer this question to people!! So I added cheese you charge but when i was told no lettuce I ask can you substitute lettuce to cheese, she said it doesn’t matter you pay either it is or not because you don’t do proper inventory do your product and you manage to charge full price for food.. and today you didn’t have several things on the menu! Then stop promoting this way close the store until you have all inventory and then sell to people not ripping people off and save your money on Lettuce and other things. I know what it takes be a franchise owner so your taking money from people when full is not on menu it’s fraud and scam. I hope Food grade usda l&i would punish your for selling what is not included and taking full charge of price. I will report this to several places so they would give you a fee and check why you lie to people and washing your money on stuff that’s missing. You branch owner and manager should be ashamed of this. Here is the prof that you pay for what’s not included. I will call my bank today and do a charge back on you. And also you don’t train your employees and you are saving money on napkins. So PEOPLE BE AWARE WHAT YOU FOR AND ALSO THEY DONT PROVIDE NO NAPKINS INSIDE THE BAG, when they say napkins are on the other side and there is none because they ran out of it. I really wish who created this name and chain to see how all it’s not under control and read all complaints. Maybe the money you live on will wake you up to start respecting customers. ( one burger $20 ) At restaurant you pay less and your burger misses stuff. Check#155551 8/7/24 @4:30pm...
Read moreI generally appreciate Bojangles for what it is, I know what to expect and usually each store lives up to my expectations. But this airport location left me disappointed by the haphazard product and services I receive there. Plus it's way over priced even for airport pricing. And, the chicken pieces were so tiny I thought they must be using pigeons instead of chickens. Despite the small pieces of chicken it was good but the Dirty Rice was also a scant serving which was cool to the point of being a sanitary risk. And, such was the case at this location with the area which was set aside to dine. It was disheveled, dirty and unattended on my recent visit. Perhaps it relates to mismanagement of the staff or poor training of new worker who don't realize the importance of adherence to the time tested standards of bojangles' but they need to attend to giving a good sanitary wipe down of every surface there. It was disgustingly filthy from greasy hand touching everything. They may even want to consider renovation or refurbishment of the area. Whatever the the short comings may be due to this location was putting out a message to customers to never return to that location. But they has a steady stream of a long line of customers who are eager to pay an outrageous price for the poorly prepared, dried out or cold food products with zero service from the staff there. And what are we the customers supposed to do while rushing through a quick lunch to catch out connecting flights? Were at their mercy no matter how merciless it may be. We may be less likely to return to this Bojangles' location but my experience at this one sure left a bad taste in my mouth for...
Read moreFirst time Visiting a Bojangles and probably my last. This interaction was probably the worst customer service envounter I have had a food place.
After ordering. And picking up our food, we discovered that the sauces that we had ordered where not included. When I inquired about it at pick up, I was told i would have to go back through the order line to get them. This was a line of about 10 customers. After getting to the front, I was informed that they were in the box and i had not seen them (very rudely on top of that). Low and behold they werent in the box after a quadrouple check and I had to wait in line again, this tine with boxes in hand.
After i showing the cashier that our boxes contained no sauces, was first accused by one of the meal preppers of "funny business" because she dont forget the sauces. Then she said that she didnt make our boxes and didnt know did. It felt like i eas being pranked or something.
Finally, the cashier looked at the receipt, grabbed 2 sauces out of a drawer and handed them over. Somehow, she maanaged to not give me the correct sauces that she read off the receipt (she gave us Honey Mustard instead of the Ranch wr had ordered). At this ppoint i was done and not waiting in line again.
So after 20+min of dealing with this, I finally got yo sit down and eat some mildly warm chicken and fries, that I imagine would have been good if it was still warm..
I hope others have better exp8riences and I was just a fluke, but in no way could i ever recommended this locations to anyone else. And it was a horrible expiriences that will probably motivate me to avoid any Bojangles...
