I have loved working with Monika and team for the past few years on a number of projects, big and small, and they have never failed to exceed expectations. Monika is amazing, but she also chooses designers who are perfect culture fits for the way that she runs her projects. Communication is always clear and timely, they are quick to take any feedback and incorporate changes, and are always on site for installs to ensure that everything goes smoothly. I have the opportunity to work with many design groups in my job and I have come back to designbar time and again because it truly is the full package: beautiful, quality designs, on time, on budget, with strong communication and the exact results I am looking for. There have been times when I have communicated a "vision" I had in my head for an apartment pool deck area -- and Monika and her team made that vision come to life within an extremely tight turnaround time and within our limited budget. Not only that, but they made sure that all items were in stock and going to be available for delivery and install before a July 4 opening date (so ~6 weeks total) -- in a time when all we were hearing was about supply chain delays, she pulled nothing short of a miracle. On other projects, the team has always made sure to make their vision clear and ensure that it aligns with the rest of the team's, and they have been very quick to incorporate any kind of feedback. So far this year, the team has completed one full apartment clubhouse for me and one other is in the final stages of completion, and I cannot say enough good things about the process and the final result.
