Read moreThe forth ward is charlottes hidden treasure. The historical homes and buildings are so well preserved and taken care of. They are a true testament of love. The park is so well taken care of. It has the feel of a small town in itself. Luckily twice a year there are tours of gardens and homes so you can actually get a glimpse inside the front door.
