I’ve been here before, but never eaten here. I was coming in to get Buddy to eat before going to a show at the comedy end. Great vibe, great atmosphere, not crazy about the music, but that’s a mean thing and I’ll own that. I sat down at the bar and there was about six people at the rapper route bar that probably seats 30. There were another two or three tables with people at them, but the place is mostly empty. Took 20 minutes just for someone to come ask what I wanted to drink and bring me a menu. When I asked for a draft beer, the bartender didn’t know what I was talking about and clearly didn’t speak English very well. He finally was able to let me know that they did not have any draft beer available because the taps were out of service. OK, I asked for a bottle of beer. which he quickly grabbed for me. Then I asked for a chilled glass for my beer. Again, had no idea what I was talking about. He had to go get a manager to figure out what I was asking for. The manager didn’t know what I was talking about either. Once he figured out what I wanted, he informed they didn’t have any chilled glasses. Not off to a great start, but OK. Took another 15 minutes. I got here an hour and a half before the doors opened for the show so I could sit back and relax for a while. Now I’m wondering if I’m going to get my food in time. I got the steak nachos, which were excellent, but took 30 minutes to make in a restaurant that was mostly empty. If you choose to eat here, the nachos were excellent. A couple at the bar next to me got the taco platter, and that looked excellent too. They said it was really good. All in all, it was a mediocre experience, but the food was excellent. I was really disappointed they didn’t have any draft beer. The service was atrocious. In the hour and 15 minutes or so that I was there, I think I only spoke to my bartender 3 times. Once to order my food and a drink, once to order another drink, silverware, and napkins, and once to get my check. In his defense he was a young guy and I kind of got the feeling this was his first real job. He seemed a little overwhelmed, but he was hustling and had a smile on his face the whole time. I was disappointed to see that there were between three and five other people who work there pretty much standing around doing nothing. Every once in a while, they would make a drink or bring out some food, but they were mostly just standing around.

Went for Cinco de Mayo thinking it would be a great time to try this new restaurant. Even invited some friends to try it with me. Arrived right after work hours so 5pm and it was not packed at all. Just a couple tables inside and outside. Dj was playing nice music. The rest of my friends didn’t arrive until 545pm. Waitress was slow to getting our drinks. Even just for a shot of tequila it took 20min. My friend order their special margarita flight and couldn’t tell which flavor was which. Also the waitress didn’t bother telling her which one was which. I ordered a passion fruit margarita which took 30min to come out. Was happy they gave me a complimentary house margarita for my wait but still. Once again the restaurant was not packed. We ordered our food at 620pm and guess what time our food arrived at our table…750pm. Over an hour and a half wait on food. Thankfully it was hot but I end up sending my Cheese Steak Burrito back because it was not what I expected. It was just a burrito filled with steak and cheese drizzled on top. All my friends liked their food. But prior til bring the food, no one checked on us, gave us a status in our order, refilled our drinks, or even for the LONG wait gave us more complimentary chips and salsa. We had to demand for our check because we just knew that whole process would of took forever. Went to the host stand to get our checks and the they over charged and charged us for the wrong items. The margarita was 13.99 and she wanted to charge me 15.99 when the drink menu was right in front of her. Didn’t take off my food I sent back and charged my friend the wrong food item. This whole restaurant needs to do better if they are going to stay around. As we were walking out I informed everyone in line it was not worth the wait because they same amount of time you waiting in this line is the same amount of time you going to receive your drinks and food separately so do the math!

Awful. There were only three tables with people when we arrived a little after 1pm, but the service was the slowest we've experienced in a long time. The server was very nice, but there seemed to be a communication disconnect, as it took a few times to understand what we were asking for. None the less I did feel like he cared and was making a genuine effort. We ordered two flights of margaritas and regretted it with the first sip. There were five supposed flavors, but I couldn't tell you what flavor they were; they all tasted the same, they were just different colors. They definitely didn't have much if any tequila in them; they tasted like melted popsicle, but with the acidic burn you get from drinking Sunny D. We ordered our food, which was actually reasonably priced, even inexpensive, but then waited over an hour to get the wrong the food. The food that was correct wasn't good, as it was bland and barely warm. No drink refills, no follow up, nothing until they cleared our empty glasses and partially eaten food. Then we waited another fifteen plus minutes for the check. None of us felt great afterwards. The decor was interesting in a good way and the bathrooms were clean, but it was humid and overly warm for being indoors. If given the chance, we would never go back.

My son drove an hour to meet me there and the bad experience started from the moment we arrived. We sat ourselves since no one acknowledged us. No one ever came to the table so we went to the bar after 20 minutes. They took 20 more minutes to acknowledge us and we finally paid $40 for 2 margaritas tip included. They took 15 more minutes to hand us the lousy drinks made from cheap store bought sour mix and wells Tequila.

We went back to the table to decide what we wanted to order and immediately came back to try to order again. The same horrible experience, we were totally invisible to them. You would think they were swamped but it was Tuesday nigh; they had two people at the bar.

After waving at them I finally got this girls attention with ginger died hair, I asked if I could please order she said "yeah" but left. She went back to the register and you could tell by her body language she was talking sh*/t about us with the other girl who had black hair. The male waiter came to take the order after 15 minutes. We gave him the first dish and these two guys started a full blow fight so the bartender was startled and left again LOL.

He comes back after 10 or 15 minutes and said, "what was the rest or your order?" We thought it was a joke how they were running the business as their own piggy bank I expected cameras popping out any minute explaining we were being pranked. They never kicked out the guys punching each other by the way LMAO-

We got our food 30 minutes later and I tried to find something positive about the experience mind you, it was about the time I was spending with my son. I asked if his food was amazing and if it was worth the wait- he said absolutely NOT. I offered to order 2 more margaritas but he was like "hell no, we need to get the heck out of here, I think the whole experience is a sign to go".

I felt humiliated being treated this way to say the least and cant' believe I paid for the experience but even worse, feel embarrassed my son drove that far to experience such service.

It's clear the owner has no idea what happens here. The employees were too busy gossiping and scrolling through their phones to assist customers. They need to go back to the ghetto, they are in no way ready for the music factory. They're a very low class restaurant in a nice building. I swear they need to vet these places before allowing them there. The only reason the staff makes money is because of customers like us who would feel embarrassed not to leave a tip. BAD...
