Good food. Just a little inexperienced.

We order 3 Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk in 3 different amount of condensed milk and got the order just right. Kudos!

Next, egg rolls. They're authentic Vietnamese. More meat and less vegetables inside which made the rolls firm and crispy.

Chicken wings. The small pieces cooked just right, but the big jumbo piece was undercooked - that's inexperienced. We brought it up to the server and got replaced with a full fresh order right away.

Best parts are our Phở Đặc Biệt, Phở Tái Đuôi Bò, and Bún Bò Huế. The broth was really good and done right.

I recently visited with my wife and tried the Pho Dac Biet here. The noodles were cooked to perfection, provided with an ideal base for the generous portions of tender beef slices. The pho achieved a harmonious balance of textures and flavors. The bone broth, rich and savory, displayed a depth of flavor that can only be achieved through careful hours of simmering. Just amazing, we’re new to charlotte and this has become our go-to food spot. The staff are so incredibly sweet, and always serve us delicious food, regardless if it’s dine in or to go. They really go the extra mile. Yesterday we ordered two bahn mi to-go for our mini road trip, we were telling this to the manager, and she immediately got two To-go cups and filled them up with ice water for us. This isn’t something we asked her to do, but the staff here really care about their customers.
