Panda Exteriors was fantastic. Dalton Dawson made the experience pleasant and easy. This guy will make his way through the company, he has to be a huge asset to the company. He is knowledgeable, well spoken and was committed to getting the job done right. A man of his word through and through. The insurance company was trying to be difficult and on several occasions and tried to weasel their way out of covering the damaged roof, but Dalton's experience and persistence paid off. He tried a few different approaches to showing them the same damage until they realized that a full replacement was warranted. Without him I would have had to come out of pocket and pay for a majority of the job to be done. I really owe it to him for not letting up. Everything he said he and Panda would do, was delivered and executed perfectly. They have a great team, but this guy was the absolute VIP.
