I agree with the other negative reviews. I have been a customer since the name was Wachovia and rudeness and lack of concern displayed by the bankers toward clients is unacceptable. I went in to have a simple signature on a document notarized and the manager told me that the one person who could notarize was busy and unless I had an appointment I would just need to be patient. If I could give this location a negative review I would! I went in on Wednesday 6/1 with a concern about my account! The personal banker (female with an accent) was so rude! She told me to bad there’s nothing I can do to help you help you and left me in tears! She even threw my debit card back at me! Didn’t even spend 1 minute with me! Luckily I work by the Wesley chapel location and they were amazing and helped me with an issue I had! I have never had any issue or trouble here, and ppl. there always been very helpful. Sometimes it has been busy and you have to wait but staff was apologetic and polite. No place is 100% all of the time but I think they actually try to be helpful here. If you have an issue here, walk across the street. This is a 50 star bank compared to the BoA...
