I donāt even know where to begin because words almost donāt do justice to how amazing Madison was during my visit to Altarād State. From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond in every possible way, with kindness, patience, and a level of care that is so rare to find these days.
Madison didnāt just help me shop, she made the entire experience feel special. She anticipated what I might need before I even said it, offered genuine and thoughtful suggestions, and treated me like I was her only priority even though the store was busy. Itās so clear that sheās not just doing her job, sheās living her purpose, and it shines through in everything she does.
She radiates positivity, and her warm energy made me feel so welcome and seen. Itās people like Madison who create lasting impressions and turn a simple shopping trip into a meaningful moment. If anyone deserves recognition, itās her. She is an absolute gem, and Altarād State is lucky to have her on their team.

I understand that there is a mask mandate, and mine had simply slipped down below my nose. She basically attacked me and the group I was with before I even had a chance to fix it. I am only 13 and it made me very uncomfortable. It made it worse when another group came behind us, without masks on, and nothing was said to them at all.
