A retail store selling products and goods from around the world. Most of the merchandise can actually be found at other stores, such as the beer selection from around the globe, which can be purchased from Target down Seminole trail for a cheaper price. In all seriousness, my complaint comes from the poor customer service. I was waiting in line behind a man who was trying to get a discount by signing up for their membership program. To do this he needed to receive the confirmation email, he could not get reception in the store, so he walked outside. The clueless cashier kept him rung up while everyone continued to wait. After two minutes of watching this guy stare at his phone in the parking lot, I just dropped my stuff on the counter and walked out. They don't need my business and I don't want to do business with a store that leaves customers waiting in line for a person walking around the parking lot waiting...

Sells person refused to honor the loyalty check She told us that they process all returns using buyer’s remorse Called corporate and was told that it was corporate policy to allow the exchange of items with the use of the loyalty reward; however, store managers can go against corporate. I was told to contact her; I did but she refused to talk to me! Terrible service and management.
