Disappointed with our recent visit to Cold Stone. First off, the “cold stone” clearly wasn’t living up to its name—the ice cream was already melting before we even stepped outside. It was runny, soft, and lacked that rich, creamy texture you expect when paying a premium. We ordered two medium sizes that felt more like smalls, both in portion and satisfaction. For nearly $20, we expected better quality and at least a somewhat generous serving. Instead, it felt overpriced and underwhelming. Honestly, we could’ve gone to the grocery store, grabbed a pint of Ben & Jerry’s each for less money, and still had leftovers for later. At least that would’ve stayed frozen. I arrive at the store at 9:23 pm and they said they were closed. When my husband said that the store hours online and on the door say 10 pm, the girl behind the counter said “I’m sorry but we’re closed.” Either fix your hours online and on the door or stay open for the time that’s on the door and online.
