I have worked in the fast food industry for a long time and this was by far the worst experience I have had. I understand a rush and running out of things but having to wait a whole hour for a 25 dollar order is ridiculous. I had placed a mobile order and once I had checked in I initially waited 20 minutes since I knew they were in a rush before checking on the progress of the order a second time. I then get laughed at in the face after I asked about my order again, they said, and I quote “Wow you’re still waiting” and they walked away. I waited another 20 minutes and during that time they started denying guest in drive thru and in the lobby with people asking for refunds and straight up leaving. I would have asked for a refund but I knew it would be more trouble since it was a mobile order. I got my order having an hour of waiting and not even getting my whole order with the food looking about 5 hours old. The front cashier rolled their eyes everytime a customer asked for their order and what I assume was the MIC was walking around calling out orders to other staff but never actually helped assemble an order. Also the one who laughed in our face. Again have worked in fast food (literally Taco Bell who is part of the same corporation, at least since I worked there) so I totally understand stress with rushes and running out of items but at least give me some damn good chicken tenders after waiting an hour. Will not be returning to...

Do you even give a shit about the negative ratings you have? Your food is nasty. Your service is unacceptable and you NEVER have anything ready. The quality of your food is disrespectful to the company. Ignorance, incompetence and a nasty attitude every damn time is UNACCWPTABLE. But that's the service you give for minimum wage. Maybe if you paid attention to your own work ethics then as managers, you'd be able to help your staff build theirs.
As a dasher, tonight we came in for a pick up that staff claimed was already picked up (it wasn't. We can ask our customers) and you simply refused to fulfill the order. Costing the customer money and time and costing US money. You make our jobs hard for no reason other than laziness.
If it were up to me, the place would be gutted and cleaned with NEW staff and a chance for current staff to be retrained and ready to go. Get it together before your location crumbles into the ground. It's halfway there already.
TAKE CARE OF YOUR STAFF. Trash will remove itself. But you have got to start giving a shit or nothing...
Read moreSo I cannot say enough good things about KFC on Emmet Street today... During a mission to recover a rather large vehicle of mine, it broke down right in front on 29. We managed to get it into the KFC parking lot. I went in to speak to the manager, a younger black lady and she was just the sweetest person about it all from beginning to end. I was there for about three hours, not blocking up traffic or anything though there were seven or eight parking spaces that weren't able to be used. But she was just so friendly and the girl working the register was cute and friendly too. Before the tow truck got there I went in and got a mac and cheese bowl with chicken and I have to admit, even though I usually don't go for any type of mac and cheese except for Kraft cheese and macaroni LOL this was actually really good and hit the spot. It's been a very hard day and they were one of the three bright moments of it. Definitely go by there, the food is great. The service is fabulous. And the management is how a manager should always be. Friendly helpful and appreciated by the people...
