Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Charlottesville

I eat often at fast food restaurants and have eaten at several Popeyes over the years. This one is honestly the worst I have ever ever been to, for that matter this is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I completely agree with the reviewer who stated that if they could give zero stars they would. While trying to order the person taking the order was very rude and told us to just listen while they kept cutting us off while we tried to order. Then proceeded to tell us that items we wanted with our meal was no longer available for that day. This was after having been in line for 45 min in what should have taken 15.  During our order we asked for 5 honey mustard sauces having 3 separate orders of chicken tenders and then asked for 3-4 packets of tartar sauce for the order of shrimp that we had. When we got to the window they had BarBQue and Buttermilk Ranch. We again asked for the sauces and was told that for the entire order we could only have 5 sauces and no ketchup. We asked for red beans and rice for a side which we were not even given. When I told them that if they wanted more money so we could at least have enough sauces for our food they said they couldn't do that. Literally they argued with us about our drinks only having given us one of the sodas we ordered and could not even tell us what the drink was. When we finally left we discovered that they had given us all spicy tenders when only one was suppose to be spicing leaving the other two with food that left them feeling sick because of the spice(and this was from the little that they did eat. most got thrown away) The food was almost to room temperature, They said that they had given the sauces when they hadn't and the drinks were not even what was ordered. When I called and asked to speak to a manager whoever it was that answered said she was the manager and started arguing with me about how they couldn't give use any more sauces for the three meals( literally less then two sauces a meal) When i was trying to explain what I was calling about they told me to be quiet so they could tell me what I ordered. Started arguing with me about how wrong I was. I finally  told them that I would let everyone know how horrible a restaurant this was and hung up. I will never eat hear again for how horrible the food, staff and atmosphere is. Canes is literally next door and you will have half the wait and twice as good of food. I am sure there are good Popeyes this one just needs to...

Hands down this Popeyes has good fried chicken the Franchisee is a jerk, however, shutting the store down early whenever he feels like it...I am a food Delivery driver and I had a order that was placed by a customer and when I arrived the store was closed 1.5 hours before posted closing. (*while I'm complaining the lobby closes way to early! You close at 10PM why do you lock your doors at 9? That is so unnecessary!) Anyways back to my other thing...I walked up towards the building he stops me and said they closed at 830p because they had been slow. I said, well you are still accepting orders somehow through the app. I said well why would the store close he said, "I am the Franchisee and I can choose to make that decision for whatever reason want." He came across rude and arrogant...I can't stand condescending people that think they can talk to people any type of way. I had to cancel the order. I wouldn't go to this store anymore, however, his staff is very organized and the store is always very clean...and I'm not PETTY lol! ...and I love Popeye's! Stop being a jerk Mr. Bossy pants! I am a good Customer I eat here all the time and I deliver here all the time be nice to me because I put money in your pocket Jack...I won't even add the Donkey...
