CVS is a hack store that figured becoming a pharmacy would make them money, they just didn't figure on the seriousness of the business. When people are sick, injured, etc. the last thing they need is a pharmacy that hates taking calls. An awful phone bot was their solution to that. Their staff are not well trained or trained to talk in a professional manner; when asked why one prescription was being delayed the response was 'I have to call your doctor, it's a weird dosage'. Read moreI’d give this place 0 stars if I could. For some reason this took me by surprise. This old white woman was the cashier. I am not over sensitive to racial profiling but I believe that is what I experienced today. The woman was very cordial to the customer ahead of us (a Caucasian male) and acted like she didn’t even want to serve me. She wrapped the other customers’ purchases with a smile and her face changed when I got to the counter. Read moreI dislike all CVS stores. This store is the one I recently used. Tried to speak to the pharmacist on the phone. No Way. Had to wait over 15 minutes and ask over and over again. My question was simple. I asked why it was so difficult to speak to someone. Got a very impersonal reply and was fluffed off like I didn't matter.
Thank God I use a much better pharmacy. Who gets back to me without the attitude.
I know some places are short of help. That doesn't mean being rude is acceptable.
