My family and I recently moved to the area from the big city. I’ve had a few uncomfortable and mediocre service encounters at this O’Reilly store. Today’s the day where my patience gave because one of the young workers there completely, shamelessly lied to me about why a discount didn’t apply to my total. I found out he lied because I called customer service and asked about how many accounts I had in which the worker said that I had two and he chose the one that didn’t have the discount affiliated. I’ve never had this problem with how many accounts I had at any other O’Reilly’s auto parts store except this one.
After talking to the store manager, he Tries to justify the lie by saying that he would refund me and apply the discount. The issue was a moral and ethical one and not a technical one.
I believe this is discriminatory in nature because I wasn’t a local But whatever the case is the fact that the manager justifies the moral issue with the worker already tells me the kind of service on they operate in. Do the right thing regardless of how you feel Towards anyone that comes...
Read moreCame here to have my batteries tested that I bought here at this location 2 years ago. Only one was charged and it was bad. He said he didn't know where the other battery was or if they had even charged it. He was going to put it on the charger and I asked if he could look up to see if they were under warranty. He couldn't even find that I had purchased these batteries under any of my two phone numbers. I bought plenty of parts here for two separate vehicles but they can't find that I bought two batteries? I didn't even have them finish charging the other battery I just asked for it back and left and went to buy 2 new batteries at Napa. Save your time and money. Also there was a worker complaining about having to go walk around the store to find a part for a customer on the phone she obviously couldn't find it in their system and when he asked her to go look around the store she got off the phone and complained about it to another coworker isn't...
Read moreI had to order 3 alternators through O'Reilly's because I kept getting bad ones. I finally had to go somewhere else in oder to get my car fixed. On the second return I was treated like I was the one doing something wrong. On the third and final return customer service was not very friendly at all, I had taken my alternator somewhere else to be tested and it failed on all levels. I got my back and went somewhere else and my car runs fine now. I didn't appreciate the nasty attitude when I kept returning their parts. They also ordered the wrong part for my husband's truck twice and we had to go somewhere else because my husband needed his work truck and we did not have time to play games. Good luck if you purchase or order parts...
