Could the Ace Hardware staff and owner be more amazing! My family and I were staying in Chelan in the RV park. Our refrigerator went out and we had perishable food. They came to the rescue, and saved our entire vacation. I can not even begin to say how grateful we are. Ace hardware is above and beyond the best in Chelan. The employees appear to be nice and helpful. I purchased a jacked up priced item. And went back to return the item. I was told this item could not be returned with no receipt. They could not exchange or give me store credit. I had not even used the item. This is not how you treat your customers. Thumbs down...
