I put an online order today and pickup was supposed to be at 5pm. They didn't have my order ready until 7. When I arrived a woman came out and I noticed she had water which I didn't order so I told her and she told me "well it was in your order." As she put my order in the trunk I checked and it wasn't so I showed her then she had me get out the car to take out the water from my trunk. When I arrived home I checked my order and I was given rotten apples, lettuce, Peaches and I had two cracked eggs. I went back to the store and saw an employee, explained what happened and she exchanged the apples and Peaches then told me that all the lettuces is bad and there aren't anymore Pasture raised eggs then told me to go to the register where I spent another 5 to 10 minutes to be told to step aside to speak with another employee. This employee grabbed the eggs that they supposedly didn't have and brought me old lettuce as an exchange. I told her I don't want that, I rather have a refund. She told me that I would have to get a refund through instacart. I said, I didn't order it through instacart then she went to get her manager, I believe his name was Kyle. I explained the situation then he told me he could get me the number to instacart but he may have fresh lettuce in the back. He came back with the lettuce and I was appreciative to finally have my order right then he says, I apologize they were just getting you what was the best option while they were shopping for you, I laughed and said, mm yea rotten food, ok. I'll just make sure not to shop here again. I would not recommend anyone ordering online from this grocery store. Their employees are rude and they do not care about the food they are grabbing for you. Very lazy people. If you are going to do anything in life, give 100% and do things for others as you would for yourself and...
Read moreAldi is a great food and groceries alternative to similar markets. I just went there last week for a quick shopping stop. The prices are great compared to similar markets. Plenty items to cover your list in one stop. I highly recommend their meats section, I've got one of the best skirt steak there, also salmon, chicken, plenty of ready meals, not to forget the low cost organic foods, fruits and vegetables, canned goods and snacks, baking goods and spices, specialty items. Overall the store is clean and well stacked and organized. The store personnel and cashiers are very polite and helpful despite the fact that most of the times are short-handed, so please be patient and respectful to them since they work hard to keep the store running smoothly, lots of items are flying out the shelves throughout the day, the store is very busy, lot of traffic due to their awesome deals and prices, so the same folks stacking the store are also cashiers, it happens all the time to have a huge waive of shoppers going through the register lines at the same time. I highly recommend Aldi for anyone looking to save some $$ while getting...
Read moreWorst customer service ever! I usually go to this store with my daughter to get groceries. Most of the staff is nice but there is this one lady who's rude and disrespectful! I get my groceries and help my daughter get groceries for her dorm too. They have limits on some supplies like water and eggs which is totally understandable because of the shortage in supplies that we are currently experiencing. I got some eggs for me and my daughter got some for her dorm. We had two different carts and went to the checkout together. This lady came and literally snatched the eggs from us. I told her that we are getting groceries for two different households and we're within the limit but she didn't care. Next time, when we went and someone else was helping us out at the checkout, she literally left her line waiting and told the person who was checking us out to not give us eggs. I really wish that there was a way to make them understand that we do shopping for two different households at the same time because I cannot drive and can only go for shopping when my daughter is going for hers. PS: they also didn't have any signs for the...
