The customer service was fine, the In-store experience with Brianna was great! The delivery/installation was horrible.
We had 2 men deliver our 5-piece bedroom set. 1 assembled the bed frame in our room and the other assembled the other 4 pieces in our front yard for whatever reason. They carried the dresser upstairs and shredded our wall with the corner of it, chipping the dresser and leaving several scratches/holes in our wall. They begged us not to report it to bobās as āthey would take so much money from our checksā. They promised to come fix it after work, which they never did. I took several pictures of them with the scratches on the date of delivery and they called customer support to replace the dresser saying āthe dresser came like thatā when it did not. Having 2 strange men in our household with our 5 month old made us feel pressured to not start any arguments or disagreements as they begged us not to report them to bobās.
Once we came upstairs after they left, the bed frame was assembled terribly and several screws were still laying around our floor where our 5 month old baby is starting to learn to crawl. Pieces of the bed frame were chipped everywhere and the frame was not assembled well at all with the frame being bowed over 2 inches resulting in us calling customer service and them having to send a whole new frame as well as dresser.
The worker who constructed our furniture in our lawn also left several pieces of trash around as well that we had to pick up.
We were planning on going back to bobās for a couch set as we loved the in-person experience was phenomenal. However this delivery experience has made us not want to trust bobās anymore as the customer service associate just had the mindset of āweāll just send a new oneā. It came from his Gigiās home, then his parentsā. Itās been a great chair, roomy with tufted velvet and carved wooden legs.
Every chair has its time and this oneās long overdue for new springs beneath the seat and fresh upholstery. However, my Misterās not fond of change. Heās like Mikey, the picky kid in the old cereal commercial. I didnāt expect this to be an easy endeavor.
I donāt know why, but I chose to look for at least some suitable ideas to test ride at Bobās. Iād never been there before, but thought why not.
Antron greeted me as I began to browse. Instead of pressuring me, we made the tour. I was pleasantly surprised at the offerings, and actually found several I liked; comfy, well made and the price was right.
I chose one and purchased it, though I chose not to bring it home myself or have it delivered until said Mister looked it over and compared it to a couple others. To my surprise and relief, he went straight to āthe chairā he liked.
It was a slight trade up, but that was no issue. Antron was very helpful. Though the chair he chose was not in stock, exchange of choice was made seamlessly. No fuss, no muss. We expect to bring the new chair home soon.
I couldnāt be more pleased. As the chair was reasonably priced, I might even treat Gigiās once lovely antique chair to a new set of springs and fresh upholstery. It certainly deserves it.

We purchased a large sectional with power recliners and were so excited. we waited a week for delivery. We paid extra (standard delivery costs money, having them assemble it costs more money). When the drivers arrived (later than anticipated), they set the couch up, however, it was in many pieces and they spoke close to zero English so I wasnāt able to communicate what I wanted and where (the couch has to be assembled). We asked SPECIFICALLY about wiring in the showroom so we could be prepared and were told that thereās only 1 power cord. WRONG. there are cords for each of the pieces. We did not have several surge protectors and extension cords on hand. So we werenāt able to test it out.
The movers weee insistent that I sign saying they had tested and it worked. I didnāt feel ok with this so they called āthe store managerā (surprise, it wasnāt) for me to discuss my concerns.
TURNS OUT ALL OF THE PIECES DONT WORK AND THWY WERENT ASSEMBLED CORRECTLY. now we have to wait another week for them to bring replacement pieces. They first offered to send a repair person, but honestly for 3k, the couch should be assembled and work and not need repair on the first day.
To their credit, their customer service person was kind and tried her best to find solutions. Kudos to her. But the delivery will make me not be a repeat customer. There canāt be ZERO communication about setup, logistics, and resolution on delivery. Thatās unacceptable.
Save yourself the time and trouble and buy furniture elsewhere. Thereās literally a Facebook group of people who have had similar experiences and I wish I had seen that before...
