Cancelled on us three hours before my daughters birthday party! There were thunderstorms that morning but the weather cleared up and it wasn't expected to storm the rest of the day. The person who called me said he was seeing weather reports of 60 mile per hour winds and possibility of tornadoes! My husband and I looked at several weather reports and didn't see any of the bad weather he was telling me about over the phone. We tried to ask what our options were and he basically said if I bring it and you aren't able to use it you don't get your money back and there are no other options. Just out the cost of the inflatable (almost $400). He didn't offer any other solutions. We got off the phone and told him we would like to discuss what we wanted to do because he told us it's your choice, we told him we would call back in about 10 minutes. A few minutes later he was texting me screenshots of weather reports and said "we're cancelling sorry!" Very disappointed because we were left scrambling to find an alternative for the party that was happening in 3 hours! It was very poor customer service and I will not be using them...

The zombie water side bounce house, was truly the best money i spent yesterday at my kid’s 6th birthday party. The kids had a blast and stayed cool in 99 degrees weather, and it’s not just for small kids my teenagers even got on it and turned into 6 year olds all over again. Thank you to the guys that came out to setup they were very fast friendly and on time, and helpful.(I called this company 3x to get more information about what I needed, and he answered every time and answered all the questions I had about renting a bounce house for the first time) If you’re having a party and want a bounce house this is the company you need to contact. The best company ever! I will never rent from any other company, and neither should you. I initially rented from FB marketplace and they completely ghosted us 4 hours before my daughter’s party. In a pinch, I called Bounce Hoppers and they were able to get us the exact slide we wanted and delivered it with 2 hours. Set up was so smooth and the men that set it up were extremely kind. The organization and professionalism was outstanding. Thank you Bounce Hoppers for saving my daughter’s party!!! If I could give them a 100 star...
