Claire's — Local services in Chesterfield Township

I am not one to write a review, but I purchased earring from Claire’s last week. I made a quick decision because I felt like I was taking up the employee’s time. I had asked several questions about price and sizes. She kept walking to the counter to figure things out. I was shocked when she told me the price, because I was under the impression they were a different price, but I continued with the transaction. I went to return the earrings and was told they are non returnable. I was not told this on the day of purchasing them, nor is it written on the receipt.

Came here to have a fun day with my daughter and pick out some cute earrings. Ended up watching basically a horror movie. The lady piercing a little girls ears got the piercer stuck on her earrings …not once ….but twice !! God bless that poor little girl and her family who was all there to watch! The employee wouldn’t even she give the family a discount on the earrings after getting the piercer stuck. Meanwhile they had one person for the whole store so I had to wait for end of the horror movie until me and my young daughter could check out. This was an absolutely horrible experience. I will never go back to a Claire’s store...

The staff at the Chesterfield location is amazing! They are friendly, and very patient & kind. Both my 2 year old granddaughter & I had ear piercings done. Both times (2 different) employees were very patient, knowledgeable and kind. The store itself has a wide selection of jewelry for children and adults. I am happy every time...
