My mom and I walked from Downtown through a charming neighborhood to Antiques Central. We were impressed by the brick building, built in 1923 to house the Laramie County Milk Producers Co-Op, and surrounded by colorful flowers. Inside, there is something for everyone - furniture, glassware, dolls and dollhouses, clothing, books, etc. - all fun and funky and reasonably priced. We ducked into the store just as a heavy rainstorm rolled in. The storm ran past closing time, and woman who was working offered to drive us back to our car. The place is a museum of everything I could have imagined from my grandmother's era.
