I have never been in a Tandy leather that wasn't top notch and this Tandy is no exception. The manager is extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. All things I greatly appreciate. His support staff was great too. Knowledgeable and able to show test examples of products with great advice to boot. They have a great selection of basics as well as exotics not just in leather but in tools dyes hardware, kits, patterns, books... The list goes on. The Cheyenne Tandy store is old school awesome. From the way they have what you need on the shelf or a solid work around to the staff from the top down all are genuinely interested in your questions and honest, while creating a comfortable environment for shopping as well as letting your creative side run wild. The store is dirty and unkept, staff and customer service are poor, prices are high and little effort is made to keep people coming back. Backs of some of the leather are so dirty that they can't be used. Their in-stock items are few, parking lot is a mess and the manager struggles with communicating positively about his customers and staff. You would be better off driving to CO or ordering online. I have been going to this Tandy for the past few months. I absolutely love this store because of the staff. All of the staff is great and very friendly, especially Robert! I can’t say enough good things about him! Every question I have asked, Robert has answered thoroughly, and demonstrated for me. He even allows me to try the advice he gives to make sure I understand what he is talking about. Robert deserves a raise 100%. Best customer service I have ever...
