Terrible customer service!
We started our order with the first of three sandwiches and the employee asked if we needed it toasted and we did. After the first sandwich came out of the oven the employee asked what else and we orded the second sandwich. The employee didn't ask about toasting the second sandwich so we asked if we could have it toasted. She got visibly upset and told us that we should've told her so that we needed both toasted so she could've toasted them together. We told her that we didn't know that that mattered and asked why she didn't ask if it was a mattered. She lied and said she asked us I the beginning. We corrected her and then she got really mad. She told us she wouldn't accept any "attitude" and kicked us out.
I've never seen someone get so mad about putting a sandwich in an oven, especially if that is a part of your job.
Beware of this place if you want a toasted sub, because the lady employee here is very particular about how you order it. I'm surprised she didn't yell "NO...
Read moreI personally would like to counterattack the comment below , I was there that day and that isn’t what happened . The lady behind the counter greeted these gentlemen the same as she does everyone, she started on the first 2 sandwiches while happily carrying on a conversation, when it came to the third sandwich it was the same as the first , it was very polite mentioned that 2 of the same sandwiches can be toasted at the same time just for informational next time so that they r both hot.she didn’t say anything out of line or rude or even nasty, the gentlemen yelled at her and toled her she didn’t need to be a b about it . That is when she politely said pls leave , and lost the sale cuse that was uncalled for. After they left I asked her why she said that about the sandwiches, she smiled and said a lot of people don’t know that the chicken heats better if there is more then one being toasted comes out hotter . From my stand point this was nothing more then doing her job and putting the...
Read moreI was actually at the Loaf N Jug getting gas, because it's near the house. The line was awfully long, and there is a subway right there. I hadn't ate anything yet and the line was long for me to pay for my gas, so might as well. It always seems like when I do a spur of the moment thing it turns out better than when I do something intentionally. This was no exception. Got my sandwich and by the time I finished I was able to walk to an empty counter to pay for my gas. The bread was nice and soft, like I like it and the chicken was warm but not hot. It rocked and the lady at the counter that day understood sarcasm. It was a good way to...
