Was just visiting this past week and the store is cute loved the way it looked. I went in to get some things and brought my daughter to customize a hat and when we left she noticed one of her patches was missing. We went back and the lady running the line said we could get it put on without having to get back in line, once we got to the spot to do so the lady running the machine was rude questioned my kid like she lied about the patch. My daughter said I had it on I even said we took a video but she was acting like we weren’t there and was telling the girl at the register I didn’t forget to put it on and nothing fell so idk. I found it very rude as we are standing right there. Had I not already bought things prior to her rudeness I probably would say it’s not worth it. Read moreI’ve been waiting to come to this store, and make it a point to stop in while visiting all the way from Oregon. I was so happy when I happened to come in during their Labor Day sale. My hat and patches included a tote bag with purchase.
I sadly wish I could give them a 5 star review, but the gal who was helping me at the front counter made the experience feel like I was being an inconvenience. She did not care to interact with me, the whole experience of coming up to the counter, waiting for my patches to be pressed, and bagging up my hat was in complete silence.
To add, I asked if there were different options of tote bags I could choose, as I had witnessed other workers letting customers pick. Read moreMy friends & I visited Alice & wonder from out of town & were very excited to make a hat. We made reservations with the woman outside the store & were told to go to the back to Nicole. Who unfortunately was already rude to us saying we cannot look at the hats that are on the floor until it’s our turn because the area cannot be crowded & not in a nice fashion at all. When we went to the back to nicole as our phone told us we were next in line, she told us to back up & she will let us know when it’s our turn? Sorry we were told to go back to you by other emoloyees? She was not friendly or welcoming at all & pretty rude. Never smiled once. Everyone else was so nice & made us feel extremely welcome.
