Hosea and Jessica are the best Makeup Artists/ Sales Associate ever!.. both so ethical, friendly, and deligent in their trade.. Jessica Started doing my makeup when the girls at the Watertower MAC counter refused me on the day that was meant to be my son’s bday because one had to leave and the other were just there laughing on the phone even though I did book that day in advance 😏 .. We had to call Bloomingdales if they could help and mind you, my son’s 4th bday party is going on and I’m downtown in tears looking like why me(smh) but Jessica left all she was doing and she made me feel so comfortable and beautiful:) .. likewise Hosea did the same when I called impromptu Dec 3rd to get my makeup done. I had an amazing experience with Kiley! I was going to the Lady Gaga concert at Wrigley Field, and of course wanted my makeup done. I went for the "Judas" inspired Gaga look, and Kiley nailed it! She really paid attention to what I wanted, and suggested specific items based upon my skin type. She gave me lots of helpful makeup tips which have stuck with me ever since.
