Well, on 6/13/25 I got fired in WB supposed thief well let me clear things out this is the msm I send the mananger because clearly I was always the problem why I say I "was" always the problem because I didn't do nothing to no one not to being to nice to myself but every time someone was looking for problems I say it to the mananger so the problem doesn't increase but wrong I was always the mean one how idk I barely talk to someone they just found an excuse to fire me almost 8th months in that company to call me a thief for fruit. I never had a warning or anything about it. The fruit was part of the meal. I get it if I ordered a sandwich w fries and then take fruit at home without putting in the system .I never took any OJ without paying or anything else I know the fruit was part of the meal only thing he should say hey you taking a lot or less was part of his job or anything because I know that every recept says fruit now I will be traumatized to even eat fruit. Tbh I was not going to make a big deal about it, but "let it go ".
The truth is, I would have appreciated it more if you had told me about the fruit beforehand. But don't worry, I know that when something was personal just looking at the time to fire me. I know that I was never the problem. More than once they wanted to get me into trouble, one of your managers only had me in sight as if I had done something to him. But well, I know that better opportunities are coming but the truth is it seems ridiculous to me that because of fruit, it's better to say things clearly, at no time did I start fighting or looking for problems, I was always responsible but that's not even relevant. On my days off, without even being on call, I came to work, but you don't see that. The truth is, I tried to give my best at work, but apparently you don't see that. In my other job, I lasted 2 years and in the interview I told you that I worked 7 days at week. I live alone, nobody supports me, I'm not married The more silly thing I never have a report in my past jobs as theft but I know it was more personal just looking for an excuse , but the truth is now that I think about it, makes me laugh that I got fired for fruit, that according for theft, when is part of my food But well, thank you for the opportunity. Another thing I'd like is receipts for my meals, what I've eaten because honestly, it seems disrespectful and defaming. I know you will say, let it go because that was your way of solving things, but how am I going to let go of something that makes me look bad? It was the only job I had.
I let go my other job, which I never had any problems with, because I gave this one the opportunity to be called a thief.
If you can all my receipts.
Please and thank you have a...
Read moreI have experienced a really bad service today by Manager-Frank on Randolph st. location. Me and my husband were been customers of Wildberry Pancake& Cafe for more than ten years since 2012. We used to dine-in at Pearson location (this location is great!) It’s always been a good place for me and my families to enjoy with. Also I have always taken friends who visiting Chicago to Wildberry and proud of introducing this Chicago’s best brunch restaurant to them! This morning I wanted to make an online order of the Signature Bliss Crepe. Because it looks the same as the Signature Bliss Pancake from the online picture. I ordered the pancake by mistake. I picked up at the store, and after I got home I realized it is not what I wanted. I made a phone call to the restaurant and trying to make an exchange for the signature crepe before we touch any of the foods. But the manager Frank just refuse about it. After we tried the pancake it taste so dry and doesn’t taste as good as dine-in. Then I made a phone call and try to ask can I return the whole thing because I don‘t like them. The manager Frank blamed me that it was my mistake not theirs of ordering a wrong food that I dislike, criticized that I should be more wariness when I make any online order. And saying he is not going to make any exchange or return on my food. I asked him if a customer don’t like the food in the restaurant we can change it to something else, and he just hang up on my phone. Frank as a location manager was neither have abilities capable for any help to the customers, nor have any willings to solve any problems. I was so disappointed about the restaurant or the service. How could this untrained person became a manager of my favorite breakfast restaurant in Chicago? I wanted to make a complaint about him and called to the Randolph location again, he just directly hang up on my phone and never pick up my number again. Even the “feedback” is not functional on Wildberry‘s official website. Who can I talk to if the manager don’t make a report of any complain about himself? I was wondering is that will be the service Wildberry going to provide in the future? This is not the Wildberry I used to know. What a...
Read moreWildberry Pancakes and Cafe exceeded all expectations for a breakfast spot this morning. From the moment we walked in, the stellar customer service set the tone for a memorable experience. Every staff member, from servers to managers, made us feel genuinely appreciated and cared for.
Despite the bustling morning crowd, the wait time to be seated was impressively short, less than 10 minutes. Once seated, our orders were promptly taken, and our food arrived in less than 15 minutes—faster than most fast-food joints. I had initial concerns that such speed might compromise quality, but I couldn't have been more mistaken.
The freshness of the ingredients shone through in every dish. My Mexicana skillet boasted vibrant flavors, with fresh jalapeños adding a kick. The buttermilk pancakes were fluffy and decadent, complemented perfectly by warm syrup. The blueberry Danish pancakes were a delightful twist on a classic, topped with juicy blueberries. And let's not forget the mango lemonade—a refreshing balance of sweet and tart that paired perfectly with the meal.
What truly stood out was the personal touch from the management. Michael, the manager, took the time to check on us during our meal, ensuring everything met our satisfaction. His kindness and attention to detail elevated our dining experience even further.
In conclusion, Wildberry Pancakes and Cafe provided not only exceptional food but also outstanding customer service. It's no wonder we're already planning our return during our next trip to Chicago. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a delicious and welcoming...
