The service itself is a great one. The location was good too. However, would have been helpful to know that they do not actually have lockers there. They just store your stuff. (So if you have any loose items, you need to have them in a bag.)

Also, Bounce cancelled our reservation as a "no-show" because we showed up at 6pm for a reservation that was booked for 3:30-9pm. I would assume that we would be able to drop off and pick up anytime in our window. I had to rebook the reservation when we arrived, and then request a refund after.

Smooth experience except when I came to pick it up it was discovered the clerk I'd dropped them with in the morning did not attach the tags to the bags. Fortunately my name was written on both prominently but still it complicated the pickup process a bit and also made me nervous about the potential...

Only reason not 5 is… BOUNCE. The bag receipt is the tiniest little paper. My wallet ate that thing. My buddy same. No issue getting our bags back, but man… how about making the bag tag about the size of a business card as opposed to a fortune...
